1Earnings Credit - Some of our commercial accounts are eligible for an earnings credit that is applied toward their monthly service fee. The earnings credit is calculated by computing your average collected balance for the month less 10% reserve requirement and multiplying the figure by the current Earning Credit Rate. The figure is divided by 12 (months) to arrive at an earnings credit. By maintaining a larger balance, you may eliminate, or offset, the service fees on your account.
